Bill Gardner has always immersed himself in the world of Relationship Management and technology.
As a sales manager in the 80’s he hand built his first sales force automation solution for his
sales team because there were no other solutions meeting his needs – and thus began the journey.
Through post secondary research during his MBA, to his successes at many Fortune 500 companies
in Canada his passion has been using technology to drive sales, profitability and customer loyalty.
CRM dynamics is the realization of that passion.

call centres, ERP platforms and a strong financial background- Dirk understands the need for

With too many accreditations to list, MBA, Mensa member, PMP and Microsoft Certified CRM Professional,
Dirk oversees the culmination of data, development, configuration and QA to ensure that our customers
get a consistent end product.
