The Genesis of CRM Dynamics was in 1993 in the University of Western Ontario`s IVEY MBA program. It began as a question: “Why do so few companies successfully implement systems to support Marketing and Sales?”

We’ve come a long way since 1993 but the basic tenants of our research are still strong and sharpened by experience. We believe that implementing CRM systems is not about installing software. The prime consideration should be to create business strategy first. Those strategies are leveraged and focused through technology.
